The Animal Kingdom is full of lessons that we can share with our children, one of which is leadership. Children are born with an innate love and fascination towards animals and if we aspire for them to be leaders why not show them examples of leadership from what they love. In this episode we talk about chimpanzees and their political genius, the wolf pack behavior as a good model of leadership tactics and finally geese as they distribute roles to make each goose – not just one – responsible for contributing to the big picture. It has also been shown that it is family relatives who predominantly are the instigators of this abuse. Therefore, we interviewed Dr. Hana Ghannoum to discuss how to create a safe environment for children during the holiday season.
