Introducing Sowt Jameel: An Artistic Collaboration in Dubai

Sowt Podcasts is excited to announce that we’ve partnered with Art Jameel to bring you podcast activities in Dubai, at the beautiful Jameel Arts Centre, Dubai’s first contemporary art space. The year-long collaboration, entitled Sowt Jameel, will feature live episode broadcasts, listening parties, and discussions in order to better connect with our audiences in the UAE.

Opened in November 2018, Jameel Arts Centre is an independent institution dedicated to exhibiting contemporary art to the public and engaging communities through learning, research and commissions. Founded and supported by Art Jameel, the Centre is located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The organization partners with a number of local and international institutions such as the Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York and the Victoria and Albert Museum, London.

We’re excited to bring our podcasts to Dubai and will announce more details in the coming weeks. Look forward to a special visit with Dom Tak during May/Ramadan and the launch of some new projects. Stay tuned for details of our first event soon!
